I’m a former school athlete now based in Michigan, and staying competitive has always been part of who I am — from weightlifting to recreational sports. As a coach, my job isn’t just to guide your workouts. It’s to challenge the version of you that’s been holding you back and help you build the strength, confidence, and resilience you know you’re capable of.

With years of coaching experience, I work with people who want more than a routine. My clients come to me because they want to get stronger, perform better, move with purpose, and build longevity — not just physically, but mentally as well.

At Barbell Madness, we offer 1‑on‑1 coaching, private performance training, online programming, and nutrition guidance. Our approach is built for adults who play recreational sports, athletes looking to level up, and people in physically demanding jobs who need their bodies to perform. We focus on proven methods that deliver results, especially for those with limited time and big goals.
